Sometimes, despite all best efforts, we buy something we didn't mean to or didn't want. As digital products are digitally delivered, they cannot be returned.
We do review requests for refunds if they are made within the first 24 hours of the purchase. If the refund request is made in good faith, we will process your refund for the entire value—but we do reserve the right to refuse any such request. Please keep this in mind as your are shopping.

Physical Refund Policy
Shipping problems are an inevitable part of internet commerce. If your product arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, immediately photograph the product—inside its packing, if possible. Then email that photo to us alongside your order number.
We review all requests for refunds or replacement if they are made within the first 7 days from delivery. After that time, we have to assume the damage did not occur in transit. If the refund request is made in good faith, we will process your refund for the entire value—but we do reserve the right to refuse any such request. Please keep this in mind as your are shopping.
